AT&T Stadium – The Home of the Dallas Cowboys

AT&T Stadium, also known as Cowboys Stadium and Jerry World, serves as home for the Dallas Cowboys and hosts concerts and other events with a capacity of 100,000 seats. It is a domed stadium. When not hosting NFL games, the stadium also hosts rodeos, spartan races and high school football championships. Additionally, it has hosted both NBA All-Star Games as well as Super Bowl events; professional wrestling matches and boxing bouts have taken place there too.

It’s capacity is 80,000

AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys and opened in 2009 at an estimated cost of $1.3 billion, has quickly become one of the premier venues in the NFL. Offering space for football games, concerts, high school and college sporting events and other large-scale events as well as restaurants, bars and even shopping center experiences for visitors. AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas boasts an 80,000 seating capacity. Both its roof and doors typically close during a game for indoor viewing pleasure; its architecture adds greatly to the experience of watching games here; with features like its double T and its oversized video/scoreboard making this iconic landmark an icon in itself. AT&T Stadium hosts events beyond football games, including concerts, high-profile political rallies and special veterans’ events – from inaugural ceremonies of President Donald Trump and memorial services for American Sniper Chris Kyle to special veterans events and memorial services. AT&T Stadium has earned itself a global reputation as one of the finest stadiums. Its spacious, column-free interior is enhanced by one of the largest high definition video screens, which spans from 20 yards out to the end zone. AT&T Stadium also is known for its exceptional lighting and sound systems. To provide fans with an exceptional fan experience, the Cowboys are considering upgrades to premium spaces within Cowboys Stadium. Renovations of this magnitude are estimated to cost about $295 million but are nonetheless necessary in order to attract top-tier events and expand revenue for their venue. Although AT&T Stadium typically accommodates up to 80,000 people, Extenet’s global communications infrastructure for major events makes expansion possible up to 100,000. Extenet oversees AT&T Stadium’s highly dense fiber backbone that connects all areas, enabling an unparalleled fan experience. Extenet provides high-speed Wi-Fi, TV broadcast and live streaming to mobile devices as well as providing unified wireless network support that unifies fan experiences across platforms.

It’s infrastructure

AT&T Stadium (originally Cowboys Stadium) revolutionized how people thought of large entertainment venues when it opened in 2009. From one of the largest HD videoboards ever constructed to stunning flexible architecture that made room for events beyond football, AT&T Stadium offered unparalleled fan experiences when it opened in 2009. Even before AT&T took over naming rights in 2013, AT&T Stadium already led in fan-facing wireless networks through both its Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and Wi-Fi networks which continue to be expanded over time. AT&T Stadium can accommodate 80,000 fans on its main seating level and up to 100,000 for special events. AT&T Stadium’s seats are fastened together using aluminum rails that run along each level – this allows teams to expand capacity simply by adding more rails and rows of seats. AT&T Stadium’s energy conservation programs have helped it reduce annual utility costs by 25%. Furthermore, AT&T Stadium utilizes solar power technology to offset some of its carbon footprint as well as an innovative water reuse program which significantly decreases waste water volumes. AT&T is adapting its network systems to take advantage of modern technologies that enable more immersive fan experiences, improving fan engagement. Furthermore, AT&T recently unveiled an app allowing fans to rate their experiences at stadiums and provide valuable feedback directly back to AT&T. Jerry Jones has announced plans to invest $295 million in upgrades at AT&T Stadium. Part of this investment will come from withholding some of their shared gate revenue with 31 other NFL teams and covering any shortfall through AT&T capital reserves or borrowing from other teams; ultimately this upgrade should help the Cowboys compete more successfully for future Super Bowls or major events such as NCAA Final Fours or WrestleManias.

It’s history

AT&T Stadium stands out as a world-class sports venue. Be it Cowboys games, concerts or World Cup action – be it watching them, tailgating before an event or cheering them on – this incredible facility promises an unforgettable experience. Despite its enormous size, however, this intimate facility still feels welcoming. Plus there are multiple restaurants and bars making this an excellent venue to visit during any type of event! The stadium hosts an array of events, from concerts and sports games to concerts and more. Additionally, major events held here have included hosting major NCAA Championship games during its initial College Football Playoff era; at these times it hosted over 100,000 spectators with some even traveling from overseas just to watch their team perform! AT&T Stadium is not only known for being an incredible venue for professional sporting events; it is also host to educational and cultural programs. Students from across the country have visited as part of their school curriculum; additionally, AT&T Stadium has become an immensely popular tourist spot among families and groups of friends alike. In 2026, Dallas/Arlington will play host to a World Cup tournament. AT&T Stadium will serve as one of the primary venues and will undergo major upgrades before this major event, such as upgraded technology, premium spaces and back-of-house services. However, all these improvements could still prove insufficient to allow the stadium to host the world cup: its field level doesn’t meet FIFA’s specifications for hosting it and as a result will need to be raised 15 feet to qualify as FIFA-compliant. Dallas’ selection as a world cup venue marks an historic step for North Texas and will make North Texas a global soccer destination. The tournament will host 48 teams – 16 more than its previous edition in Qatar. If you like what you read, check out our other World Cup Venue articles here.
